2 Extent of data storage

Your information helps us to continuously improve our website and our CERATIZIT services. We use this information for processing orders, delivering goods and providing services and also for processing payments (it is also used for the necessary checks in cases of purchase on account). You enable us to commission third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other services. We also use your information for communications about your order and our services and to continuously update your account. Your information also helps us to prevent or detect potential misuse, however - particularly fraud.

As soon as you establish contact with us, we receive and store certain information. Among other things we - like many other websites - make occasional and partial use of so-called cookies, and we receive certain information as soon as your web browser opens our website. We share information about you with affiliated companies of CERATIZIT SA. 

We share information about you with third parties if and when as we commission other companies and individuals to complete assignments for us. 5 Access to my data

You can access a range of details about your account and your interaction with CERATIZIT, and then update these details. Find out exactly which details these are by looking under "My data".  When you update details, we usually keep a copy of your original information in our records.

In accordance with the law, you also have a right of access and you can request that we delete the information we have stored about you.

We reserve the right to modify this policy in whole or in part at certain times and also to send you information about our guidelines.
